Ladder, the AFL Players' Association and AFL Foundation initiative aimed at harnessing the power of the AFL industry to tackle youth homelessness, is pleased to announce that it has employed former Adelaide Crow Andrew Crowell as Ladder Adelaide Project Manager.

Andrew joins Ladder General Manager Mark Bolton on the co-AFLPA / AFL Foundation initiative to tackle youth homelessness.
