Matti became a permanent member of the PDP team in 2009, taking up the role of Wellbeing Service Manager after having worked for the Australian Institute of Sport and Olympic sports as well as running her own Sport Psychology business.
The great thing about Matti's job is that every day is completely different, depending on what is happening in the world of AFL.
She managers the Psychology Consultants that players can access confidentially for welfare related issues, develops and delivers wellbeing programs, oversees research projects and works with players to engage in social leadership initiatives.
Unlike most the staff at AFLPA, Matti doesn't follow a club but loves the game as much as the best of them.
