The AFL Players’ Association strongly encourages all members to engage in some form of educational courses or vocational training whilst fulfilling their AFL career.

In order to achieve this the AFL Players’ Association provide Education & Training grants to all current players, rookies and past players (up to three years from their retirement/delistment).

This may include short courses, diplomas, bachelors and even masters.
