The hard-nosed midfielder became West Coast’s Alternate Delegate in 2007 and then stepped up to the role of Delegate in 2008.

Having come through the system with three brothers also playing at the elite level, he has seen the life of an AFL footballer from a variety of angles.

In 2011, he was elected to join the Association’s Board.

Set to reach his 150th game in 2011, Adam was part of the 2006 West Coast premiership team, and has represented Australia in 2006 and 2008.
